All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@coolnoveltyitems.com with the following:

• A photo of the item
• Your order number

Upon review and approval, we will offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion:

• A replacement of the same item
• A store credit for the value of the item

Please note: Cash refunds are not available.

We Do Not Accept Returns For:

• Items that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer
• Personal care, hygiene, or body-contact items that have been opened or used
• Items returned without prior approval
• Items not in their original packaging

Return Shipping If a return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address via email. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Processing Time Once a returned item is received and inspected, please allow up to 5–7 business days for your replacement or store credit to be processed.
